Descrizione: L’opera rappresenta la falegnameria che aveva sede in questo garage tra gli anni ’50 e ’60. A sinistra è ritratto il falegname intento a piallare una tavola, mentre a destra si scorgono i suoi giovani apprendisti. All’epoca, era comune che i ragazzi imparassero il mestiere lavorando in bottega, affiancando artigiani esperti.

Questo lavoro è un omaggio al passato di questo luogo e a chi lo ha animato con passione e dedizione. L’autore condivide un legame affettivo profondo con il falegname nella scena: suo nonno, che qui ha esercitato il mestiere e trasmesso valori che vanno oltre il semplice lavoro manuale.
